Yonge Elmwood Medical Clinic

I was bitten by a dog and couldn't find a walk in clinic on Sunday. Luckily this clinic was open. The service was quick and nice. Front desk lady was polite and efficient. Waiting time is around 20 minutes. The doctor was patient and caring to me. She gave me a tetanus shot and prescribed antibiotic medicines. She relieved my worries by her professional and personal experiences. I am Really impressed. Thank you!!

We walked in here on a weekend as my son had a pretty solid ear infection and we saw a doctor after a long wait which is understandable. They are located on Yonge and Elmwood in a very busy area. There is paid street parking and paid public parking at the rear. The lady at the front was pretty receptive and friendly to us. The doctor, Dr. Rajiv, was really nice and seemed professionally knowledgable. He listened properly and did the examination pretty sound. He was really nice and friendly. They are located on the second floor, and their only flaw is that the space is pretty small and waiting there is not really reasonable while everyone is sick. Overall, I liked the service and how professional the doctor was.

I had a treatment here today. I sent an e-mail and made a reservation for a walk-in in the morning, but it was possible to make a reservation at 1 pm on the same day, and I proceeded with the reservation. The staff responded quickly to emails and made it easy to visit. In fact, if you open the small door right next to the burger house, there are stairs going up to the second floor. The staff was friendly and the doctor took good care of my areas of discomfort. The doctor knew that I could speak Korean, so he called a Korean secretary, so it was very comfortable to explain the symptoms of my illness. Willing to visit this place again. They are very friendly and professional.

My 1st time going to this clinic today (Sunday August 17th) arrived 11:50 am and was out of there by 12:20! I saw Dr. Chen Wu, she was really pleasant and thorough. I left my sunglasses in her room and she was kind enough to have the staff call and let me know I left them behind. The woman at the front desk was polite, even though theyre really busy she took the time to answer all my questions, (on the phone and in person)

I've had such pleasant experiences everytime I've been to this clinic. The staff is very friendly and professional. The doctors actually care and follow up with me. The clinic is very clean and the built in pharmacy is a bonus. This is my main clinic now and I'll commute 45 mins just to come here.
