4 months agoWe walked in here on a weekend as my son had a pretty solid ear infection and we saw a doctor after a long wait which is understandable. They are located on Yonge and Elmwood in a very busy area. There is paid street parking and paid public parking at the rear. The lady at the front was pretty receptive and friendly to us. The doctor, Dr. Rajiv, was really nice and seemed professionally knowledgable. He listened properly and did the examination pretty sound. He was really nice and friendly. They are located on the second floor, and their only flaw is that the space is pretty small and waiting there is not really reasonable while everyone is sick. Overall, I liked the service and how professional the doctor was.

a year agoI had a treatment here today. I sent an e-mail and made a reservation for a walk-in in the morning, but it was possible to make a reservation at 1 pm on the same day, and I proceeded with the reservation. The staff responded quickly to emails and made it easy to visit. In fact, if you open the small door right next to the burger house, there are stairs going up to the second floor. The staff was friendly and the doctor took good care of my areas of discomfort. The doctor knew that I could speak Korean, so he called a Korean secretary, so it was very comfortable to explain the symptoms of my illness. Willing to visit this place again. They are very friendly and professional.

a month agoAmazing clinic with an amazing people. I got the best experience at this clinik, actually it is the best expirience in Canada in the last 2 years. Thank you for your hard work. Also separate Thank you to the very kind lady at the reception. Even pick up medication in a pharmacy (pharmacy at the same place) took only 7-10 minutes. Thank your for help.

2 weeks agoI've been to this clinic twice now for walk-in visits and I'm very impressed with their service. The staff are very friendly and the doctors are genuine, caring, and professional. And best of all the wait time is very reasonable.

a month agodoctors are super friendly and they and the clinic are so efficient. walk-in appointments are booked so quick and fairly soon, and you don't have to wait in line for your appointment either unlike other clinics nearby.
