a week agoGreat clinic. They are very responsive to their emails, great staff, very respectful environment. I became Dr. Naderafshar Fereydonyan's patient a year ago and I am very happy about my choice of clinic and doctor. He is very caring, not dismissive at all, he provides you with explanations of what is happening in your body and why you need a medication or a treatment and helps you understand how to take care of yourself. In one case he gave me a good reference to what to do research on to even learn more about the treatment that I am getting. I found that really helpful. It gives you the trust that you know exactly what is happening to you and why, and how you should follow his instructions to get better. Overall, after a year, I am very happy about my experience with them.

2 months agoI had an appointment here today for one procedure that I was having for the very first time. And the nurse was so calm and supportive, explained me everything in advance and tried to help me relax. Then I met Dr. Ho. So patient and understanding. As soon as she figured I'm nervous, she took time to explain everything all over again, very patiently, no rush. Also gave additional advices which were new to me but so helpful. I really appreciate her patience with me. Will definitely recommend.

3 weeks agoI’ve been coming to this clinic for many years, and it has truly been a blessing in my life. I want to sincerely thank Dr. G for everything she and her team have done for me. I’m also incredibly grateful to have met my family doctor, Dr. Ho—she was amazing as well. This place will always hold a special place in my heart. They genuinely care about the well-being of their patients.

3 months agoThis has to be one of the best clinics I’ve been to! The clinic is amazing. It doesn’t give very clinic-y vibes and I like that. Dr. Basma is a gem and gives 100% attention. I’ve been there twice and didn’t have to wait more than 2 mins for my turn. 10/10 would recommend.

6 months agoHad my first appointment in this clinic with Dr Basma. She looked friendly but was clearly in a rush. Didn’t have much time to listen to my concerns and conditions. Once she was done with her questions, she stood up and headed to the door immediately ready to leave. Had the rest of the conversation and inquiries with her standing between her desk and the door. She answered most but not all of my questions. But I didn’t want to continue the inquiries anymore anyways, coz her posture and responses made me feel like I was wasting her time. I’m not sure what to feel about her asking “Why would you?” several times to my conditions, to my past experience, even to just a piece of information about women’s health practice that’s not done in this clinic but commonly done elsewhere. Because I didn’t feel much listened or attended to, I’m not sure whether I would feel safe to come back again if I have other women’s health or sexual health related issues. But maybe this was just my unfortunate personal experience. *Appointment was reserved for 20 minutes. Total time spent with Dr Basma was about 10-15 minutes
