2 weeks agoI was lucky enough to be treated by Paul Messner at Toronto Physiotherapy. I had what seemed like a pinched nerve that ran down my arm causing numbness in my little finger. He listened to my issue, asked questions and pinpointed through his expertise what he thought was my issue. Through his specialty of dry needling for multiple sessions, my arm is now completely back to normal. I was so relieved to find this issue, that seemed like a possible chronic problem, to be resolved with his therapy and the exercises he prescribed. I am so grateful and delighted to know Paul is just blocks away should I need his expertise in the future.

a month agoI am thrilled with the result I have had at Toronto Physiotherapy on the Danforth. My physiotherapist Paul Messner is extremely skilled and wonderfully empathetic. In a few sessions he has transformed my aching and non- functional hand back to almost normal. His pain management (dry needling), guidance about exercises with various tools and managing activity have made a huge difference in my work, home and flute- playing life. I also would like to mention Mary the receptionist is a lovely person who is efficient and kind. Thank-you!

4 months agoI’ve been seeing Jessica Dam for shoulder and neck pain, and I can't express how much she has helped me. She takes the time to explain everything so clearly and makes sure I understand the exercises and how they help. At the start, we worked on simple exercises, and as I got stronger, she introduced more challenging ones, always keeping me comfortable and confident in my progress. I’ve noticed a huge improvement, and I feel like I’m finally on the right path to recovery. Jessica is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive, and I feel lucky to be in such good hands. I highly recommend her to anyone needing physiotherapy.

5 months agoI came in with shoulder and neck pain and saw the wonderful Alexandria Hurst. As someone who almost always wishes for a firmer massage that really gets to the point, I have to say this was maybe the best massage ever. Not only was she amazing but her bedside manner was awesome. I felt like I had been seeing her forever and I left feeling better after just one hour. Thank you, Alexandria!

4 months agoI've been going to this clinic for about 6 months now. They're great! Easy to make appointments, email reminders and friendly service. I've been seeing Paul Messener and he's fantastic at his job. He fixes all your injuries very quickly. He uses dry needling techniques mixed with movements and exercises. He's fixed over 8 separate injuries I've had that I thought I'd just have to live with pain. Highly recommend. Ask to see Paul!
