a month agoCeleste’s classes offer a unique blend of dynamic flow sequences with restorative poses. She offers a balanced practice that caters to all levels. Her famous "storytime" portion of the class offers a perfect blend of relaxation and inspiration. The retreat days are nothing short of amazing. Celeste has a remarkable ability to bring the community together, fostering connections and a safe space to share. The sound baths by Ru are a soothing addition, providing deep relaxation and a sense of peace. The delicious plant based lunch - which includes ice cream and chocolate mousse - is the icing on the cake! Attending one of Celeste’s yoga retreats is a truly transformative experience.

a year agoCeleste speaks to my soul, and nourishes my spirit. Her teaching is impeccable (best I’ve experienced in 20+ years). Her literary additions are the most unique and inspiring unique aspect of each class. I love it here.

5 months agoI recently completed the Yoga for Stress, Anxiety and Depression at the Yoga House and immediately knew that it was something that I just had to recommend to others! Celeste’s unique integration of storytelling with yoga practices made the experience incredibly impactful. These narratives not only helped to contextualize the exercises, making the techniques more relatable, but also provided a deeper emotional connection to the practice. The yoga itself was beautifully tailored to reduce tension, with a perfect blend of gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and moments for reflection. As a result, I found myself not just learning physical techniques, but also gaining insight into my own experiences and finding ways to approach stress with more compassion and awareness. I came away feeling not only more relaxed but also more equipped to manage my stress in my daily life. For anyone looking for a holistic approach to stress relief that goes beyond just physical exercise, I highly recommend this course! Rachel
