    I’ve been working out with Sean for almost two years. That alone says a lot given that the longest consecutive period I’ve ever trained before that was a month. If you are looking for a gym that has it all and a personal trainer that cares, then look no further. As an added bonus, Sean has an encyclopedic knowledge of terrible jokes… laughing is a core exercise that’s routinely added to the session at no additional cost.

    Sean Orr and his staff have completely transformed my relationship to exercise. It's a great environment to work out in - a convenient location, a beautiful space in a loft-style building, with high quality equipment, and because it's a private space it's never crowded. Sean is obviously very experienced, striking the balance between pushing you to improve and paying careful attention to monitors any physical issues, ensuring you work on any weaknesses and remain injury free. You're constantly challenged and motivated, and the positive benefits extend far beyond the gym. They also work hard to accommodate your schedule. I would highly recommend.

    Sean is one of the highest calibre trainers around; I would even say on an international level. Whenever I am in Toronto I book with Sean - he is extremely knowledgeable and professional with top-notch credentials that are well beyond those of a regular 'trainer'. I know that I get the same enthusiasm as any professional athlete who sees Sean as he does not discriminate based on gender or age. I feel quite motivated and safe that I will not suffer injuries from training and at the same time I am never bored as Sean switches it up every time. I can say anyone who books with this guy will not regret it. Fantastic person. 👍🏽

From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly and treated like a valued member of this fitness community. Sean Orr, is not only the owner, but is also an incomparable trainer who took the time and effort to learn about me and curated a bespoke experience which built on my individual physical strengths, and always provides a challenge, to push me to be my very best self. My time at the studio is always a positive and constructive experience, leaving me feeling inspired to do more. Sean’s expertise, experience and skills are not limited to my hour’s session, but he stresses that it’s a lifestyle and focuses on giving me achievable and maintainable diet and exercise goals.     Trainers are knowlegeble outgoing and friendly. They will keep you motivated. The gym is clean. I enjoy spending time there.
