The girl with the brown hair working today was super sweet. She kept smiling at everyone and had such a positive vibe. You don’t see that often at gyms thanks for the good energy!
I’ve been a loyal member of this gym for over a year, and this is the first time I’ve had a negative experience, which is why I’m posting this review.
While I was finishing my 3rd set on a machine, a man approached me and stopped my workout, claiming he was waiting for the machine before me. I didn’t see him waiting at any point, and it seems odd that he didn’t speak up earlier. When I offered to share the machine with him since I had already started using it, he refused, which I felt was unnecessary—almost like his ego was at play.
We then called over a staff member to mediate, but unfortunately, she didn’t take the time to hear my side of the situation and simply asked me to leave the machine. It felt disrespectful, not just from the other member but also from the staff who should have handled it better.
I’ve always enjoyed my workouts here, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope the gym can take this feedback into account and work on improving staff responses in these situations.
The value of planet fitness is still good. I enjoy the ability to use my black card at so many locations when I travel across my home city and abroad. My home gym at the old Galleria Mall is getting really crowded, however, so I really hope there are big plans for the new gym which will be replacing it soon once construction of the new building plaza is completed. We, the patrons, are all keen on improving our fitness. More dumbbells and benches will be an absolute necessity as they have pretty significant wait times currently. So I am hopeful that we will have a better and bigger facility soon. Our community population is growing rapidly and I enjoy working out with so many of my neighbors. I feel like we all pump each other up and push each other to work out better. Thanking you PF, for giving us that opportunity and considering the importance of facility management to accommodate all of us as we grow.

The men’s washroom didn’t have soap or paper towels especially on most evenings and every weekends and washroom was dirty. Gym is overcrowded. Some Equipments needs to be repair or have new machines.
Ever since they allow high school kids to come for the summer. It's a chaos. Machine are not clean after they use it. They leave dumbells all over the place and dont even care, they sit around in groups on one machine for 30 minutes talking a bunch of thrash whiles you have to wait on them. When ask them how long more they have with the machines they want to argue with you. It's a chaos.
