a week agoStaff is super friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, it's way too crowded, so it's really hard to find the right machine or weights. I ended up switching gyms after just a month. There are vast rows of unused cardio equipment that could be replaced with more weight lifting equipment to find a better balance.

3 months agoThe girl with the brown hair working today was super sweet. She kept smiling at everyone and had such a positive vibe. You don’t see that often at gyms thanks for the good energy!

2 weeks agoIt’s super crowded. Hard to even get the machine to workout. There is no separate section for women to workout. I had to leave within a month as I like may based exercises but I never found a mat or space to do mat based exercises. I made a bad choice by enrolling in it. Good thing is, I decided to leave within a month.

2 months agoI’ve been a loyal member of this gym for over a year, and this is the first time I’ve had a negative experience, which is why I’m posting this review. While I was finishing my 3rd set on a machine, a man approached me and stopped my workout, claiming he was waiting for the machine before me. I didn’t see him waiting at any point, and it seems odd that he didn’t speak up earlier. When I offered to share the machine with him since I had already started using it, he refused, which I felt was unnecessary—almost like his ego was at play. We then called over a staff member to mediate, but unfortunately, she didn’t take the time to hear my side of the situation and simply asked me to leave the machine. It felt disrespectful, not just from the other member but also from the staff who should have handled it better. I’ve always enjoyed my workouts here, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope the gym can take this feedback into account and work on improving staff responses in these situations.

a month agoThe staff at the gym do absolutely nothing — all the dumbbells and equipment are always scattered around, and it’s impossible to find anything. No one puts things back in place, including the staff, who are probably supposed to do that, but they never do. There are never any wipes available, it’s dirty, and so on. I don’t understand what the staff is even there for.
