Against the monthly price they offer quite a good facilities. Clean, spacious, but the service staffs needs to be more attentive.

Not sure where they find their staff but they are... Terrific! Energetic, happy, helpful and naturally friendly. Well run. The place is clean, bright and nicely spread out with large with large windows and many machines. Great location too. But corporate! It's winter... Get the front desk some HEAT!!! 🔥

Terrible first-month experience. I was wrongly charged a late fee despite having two valid payment methods on file. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and dismissive every time I asked for support—no one took responsibility. The gym is always overcrowded, equipment is often dirty or broken, and cleanliness is clearly ignored. Staff prioritize chatting over helping members. Even their manager, Shawn, and assistant manager was no better—put calls on hold, never called back, and when I visited during his listed hours, staff lied saying he “just left” while I could see him inside. Complete lack of professionalism. Also, don’t fall for their low-price marketing trap. Once you sign up, you’ll find yourself fraudulently charged in hidden ways like late fees or surprise charges. What looks cheap at first will end up costing you more. They treat you nicely before membership, but once you join, you’re just another number. I’ll be taking my business to a gym that actually respects its members.

I have been using this facility for over a month now and I just love this place..very inspiring. - well equiped with a wide range of machines - friendly staff - neat, clean, tidy, and well organized space - plenty of lockers - unbeatable price - great value for money My only suggestion is to avoid busy hours, sometimes it gets really crowded. That's why I prefer to go early in the morning.
