    Against the monthly price they offer quite a good facilities. Clean, spacious, but the service staffs needs to be more attentive.

    Not sure where they find their staff but they are... Terrific! Energetic, happy, helpful and naturally friendly. Well run. The place is clean, bright and nicely spread out with large with large windows and many machines. Great location too. But corporate! It's winter... Get the front desk some HEAT!!! 🔥

    I’ve been a member at Planet Fitness for a while now, and overall, it’s a great gym. The staff is friendly and always helpful, and the facility is spotless—cleanliness and sanitation are definitely top-notch. However, I have one major issue with management. The massage chair has been out of order for over a month, and despite paying an extra $10 every month for access to it, there’s been no progress on getting it fixed or replaced. This isn’t a complicated repair—it’s likely a one-day job. If fixing it isn’t possible, replacing it should be the next step. It’s frustrating to see this level of inaction when many members, like me, are paying extra for this amenity. I really enjoy the gym, but management needs to step up and prioritise fixing.

    The one good thing about this gym is that the membership is affordable. But beware, because you get what you pay for. This location is poorly managed. Equipment is left “out of order” for many weeks at a time. The locker room is far too small to accommodate as many members as the gym itself can. Many members will selfishly take a big locker for one article of clothing, meaning that at a busy time of day, you may not be able to get a locker. I’ve also had the displeasure of opening a locker to find a bag of rotten chicken that had clearly been left there for days and never cleaned out. Many members practice extremely poor gym etiquette here. Some have very strong body odour and will get right in your personal space in the middle of a set. Some will sit at a machine for 20 minutes, spending most of that time on their phones. Some will leave a personal item in the vicinity of a machine, leave for 10 minutes, then return to ask you to move because “they were using it”. Management will do nothing about any of this, as “everyone has the same right to use the gym”. Obviously they do, but a reasonable person, and a good manager of a gym would understand that managing a gym means maintaining order by upholding proper member etiquette. Easily done by posting notices, reminding people to be respectful when using the gym. All of this led me to decide to try another gym in the area. I asked the manager of College Park PF to freeze my membership in February. When I made the request in-person, he said that he had processed the freeze. Apparently he did not, as they continued to take monthly fees, the latest being in April. I had to go back in person to ask about this and was told that my membership is still active. So clearly, the manager lied. I was advised to contact the club by email to ask for a refund and subsequently cancel. It’s been over a week, I’ve emailed twice, and nobody is answering. Your customer service skills need a lot of work, as this is unacceptable.
