This is a fairly busy clinic but the front desk staff are very quick and helpful. I live downtown and this is my preferred walk-in clinic because I can usually get in and out within 30 mins. Lots of doctors on staff. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

I visited this clinic seeking medical support for a mental health-related leave from work. Unfortunately, my experience with the Dr. Loi was extremely disappointing and distressing. Despite explaining that I needed help filling out a leave form due to mental health issues, the doctor rushed through the appointment in under 10 minutes without taking the time to understand my condition. Mental health concerns are complex and require proper attention, but the doctor seemed in a hurry and uninterested in listening. He barely asked any meaningful questions and quickly wrote in my form that my symptoms were “mild” without any real assessment. This has caused significant problems with my medical insurance — they give me very hard time to approve my leave request based on his rushed evaluation. I left feeling worse than when I arrived. I was not only unsupported, but also misrepresented in official documents that now affect my ability to recover properly. This kind of careless and unprofessional treatment should not happen, especially in mental health care. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who is seeking genuine care or support.

I’ve had the unfortunate experience of visiting this clinic, and I can honestly say it’s the worst health clinic I’ve encountered. The staff and management are unprofessional, and they completely disregard patient concerns. They barely listen to your issues and seem to do only half the work needed for diagnosis or treatment. I was hoping for proper care and attention, but instead, it felt like a waste of time. They don’t seem to prioritize patient well-being, and I left feeling more frustrated than when I arrived. This clinic is clearly not interested in providing quality service, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking real medical help. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

This is the second time I’ve experienced poor communication from this clinic. Most recently, they failed to inform me that the doctor was still on vacation, even though I had booked my appointment weeks in advance. I took the afternoon off and spent an hour and a half commuting, only to be told, without any apology, that the doctor wasn’t in. Mistakes happen, but what upset me more was how unapologetically confident they were about their own error. Rather than taking responsibility, they pointed fingers at each other and completely avoided finding a resolution. Frankly, I don’t understand why they’re even working at the reception desk if they can’t handle such a basic situation. The receptionist —the woman with glasses—was particularly unhelpful and rude. Instead of addressing the issue, she blamed her colleague. Totally unprofessional.

This clinic is a perfect example of our health care system functioning properly. I actually prefer the convenience of their walk in service. My family doctor retired years ago and sure I miss her, but I have absolutely no issue with the Patient Networks team. Streamlined approach to make sure you receive the proper care you need and wow are they fast. Convenient location if using transit and a few parking garages close by if you need to take the car.
