9 months agoWe went for a small issue for my friends. The hospital was good, quick service. My friends health card was expired, so she had to pay 100CAD for the visit. Other than that, everything was fast and efficient. A prescription was given and seems to be working. Hope not to go to any hospital anytime soon, who does, right? Anyway, I asked the receptionist, "What if we have to come for a second visit if the medicine doesn't work or any other issue related to the same thing, should we have to pay 100CAD dollars again? She said YES, and I was shocked.

a month agoAbsolutely the worst reception staff I’ve ever dealt with. Rude, dismissive, and completely useless. They act like they own the clinic, but can’t be bothered to do the bare minimum of their job — like answering the phone without immediately hanging up on you. Lazy doesn’t even begin to describe it. They make no effort to help, no effort to listen, and certainly no effort to be professional. If you ask a question, you're treated like an inconvenience. If you call, you’re lucky if they don’t just slam the phone down on you mid-sentence. It’s shocking that a medical clinic would tolerate this kind of behavior at the front desk. These people are the first point of contact — and they’re driving patients away with their attitude.

a month agoI am absolutely appalled by the level of service at this clinic. The reception staff is not only lazy but also incredibly unhelpful and rude. Every time I’ve called, they’ve either hung up on me or acted like my request was an inconvenience. It feels as though they think they own the place and patients are just a nuisance. It's beyond frustrating, and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking professionalism or respect.

a month agoThe reception staff is beyond lazy, unhelpful, and downright rude. I’ve been trying to book an appointment for days, and each time I call, they either hang up on me or act like I’m bothering them. The attitude is completely disrespectful, as if they own the entire clinic and have no time for patients. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional or courteous experience. I’ll be finding another office that values their patients.

4 months agoI've been with the clinic for over a decade now. Dr. Soneji and the team (if your family physician isn’t available) are always there to help, with other doctors in the clinic covering for them. This clinic works with St. Michael’s Hospital and nearby imaging clinics, which is a bonus. Thanks to Dr. Soneji’s quick and seamless referral, I was able to get the help I needed. The team at St. Michael’s was also amazing. Interprofessional communication is so important, yet still lacking in our healthcare system, but my recent visits to the clinic have been nothing short of phenomenal. I recently visited the clinic for a walk-in, and Dr. Yuen was able to help me. Thank you for your service!
