Friendly & informed staff who did a great job of ensuring I was clear on both risk factors for where I was traveling & associated vaccines. They were timely, efficient and caring. I never felt rushed and appreciated clear instructions for managing my health while traveling.

This place is not so transparent, the consultation fee is not on the website and you will find out the consultation fee when you arrive for your appointment. Mind everyone who plans to visit this place, they will not write you the prescription for IM vaccines, only the prescriptions for oral vaccines. the vaccines here are overly priced and it's only partially reimbursed because the price is too high (my insurance is 100% coverage however only partially reimbursed). I recommend that you talk to local drugstores (ie. shoppers, costco pharmacy), family doctors to see if they have cheaper vaccines because the cost can be 3-4 times higher. Give you an example that the costco pharmacy sells vivotif for 30+ dollars yet here they sell you close to 90 bucks. check other places first and gather info first then consider travel clinic, because it's private health care and it can end up very expensive.

A bit confusing if you arrive early. There is no receptionist. Just walk in and have a seat if you have an appointment. The staff is friendly and if they see you, they will make sure you are alright. The process was very easy and painless, knowledgable staff who listens to your wants and needs. I would recommend this clinic.

Amazing service. On time. I can’t saw enough about the person I was lucky enough to see. It was my first visit and the experience was enjoyable minus the vaccine. That’s a me problem :)
