Friendly & informed staff who did a great job of ensuring I was clear on both risk factors for where I was traveling & associated vaccines. They were timely, efficient and caring. I never felt rushed and appreciated clear instructions for managing my health while traveling.

Great service! Very costly! It would have been good to know all the added expenses and approx cost ahead of time. I was promised an emailed invoice, but never received this. Had to scan my paper invoice at work to submit to private insurance.

I am afraid I seriously need to amend my review. You guys need to do better homework. I spent over a thousand dollars here for Namibia and almost all of it was wasted. They sold me a ton of Malaria pills that I didn’t need at all. There are no mosquitoes in Namibia in winter. It’s a desert! I discovered as soon as I arrived that any mosquitoes that do breed are killed off because it gets so cold at night. I also wasted a ton on Ducorol. Namibian water has a high mineral content but does not contain bacteria. A huge amount of wasted money.

Hot tip: You can get a discount by filing your documents out online. It's quick and easy. It was easy to book and there are several locations. They go through a lot of detail explaining things to you and giving you a choice of whether you want something or you don't. Depending on how much time you have before your trip, they'll even let you know if you can get something cheaper, through benefits or free through your family doctor for instance. They also give you time to consider what you want to do, and you can always come back without having to pay the consultation fee again. They are definitely on the more expensive side, but it's also convenient and downtown Toronto. Importantly, they are up front about the pricing, so I appreciate the honesty.
