in the last weekI absolutely love my experience at Orange Theory! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and made me feel right at home. The coaches are all incredibly motivating and knowledgeable, always pushing me to do my best while ensuring I’m working at my own pace. The workouts are challenging yet fun, and I love how each class is different, so I never get bored. The heart-rate based training is perfect for tracking my progress, and I’ve already seen some amazing results in just a few months. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to get in shape, build strength, or just try something new. The energy in the room is contagious!

a month agoDo yourself a favour and avoid this gym and the Orange Theory brand at all costs. I joined the gym as a fun challenge with my friend who lives nearby. I specifically asked about the minimum required membership duration prior to signing up (and opted for a pricier membership option with a two month minimum). The concept of Orange Theory is gimmicky. They don’t allow you to come in and stretch prior to class which led to an injury I sustained while working out at the studio. As a result, I chose to pursue cancellation. When I tried to cancel with 20 days notice, they told me I’d be charged for an extra month (a third month) because they require 30 days notice. This policy doesn’t make sense, there’s no reason they need 30 days and this was never communicated at the time of sign-up. The manager was condescending and when I tried to contact the studio district manager (Cassandra Flieder) she dodged my phone calls, eventually responding to my email saying there’s nothing she can do. This is an absolute scam. The workouts are so overpriced compared to other gyms at the same price point. Customer service is terrible.

a month agoI hadn’t worked out in nearly four years and honestly wasn’t sure I could get back into it. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed and unsure of where to start, but joining Orangetheory—and especially this Young & Eglinton location—was the turning point I needed. Since starting the Workout-a-Thon, I’ve been progressing day by day in a way that’s truly noticeable, both physically and mentally. I’m so grateful for the welcoming, supportive, and high-energy community here. The coaches and staff put in so much effort to create a fun, motivating environment, and it makes all the difference. Thank you for helping me believe in myself again!

2 months agoI was never really into working out, but OrangeTheory completely changed that! With amazing coaches, dynamic and varied classes, and a healthy, inclusive environment, I finally fell in love with fitness. I even tried other locations, and I can confidently say that Yonge & Eglinton is the best, with the top staff, great organization, and the best equipment. It truly changed my lifestyle — I’ve noticed a huge transformation in my body and strength! I highly recommend it!

2 months agoThe workouts at Orangetheory is like no other. If you leave feeling the same way that you came in, then you you only sat outside and did nothing. The staff and coaches at the Bloor St W location are top tier. I highly recommend Orangetheory if you want to change your life and your look.
