11 months agoif you love working out and value having enough space, this studio is fantastic. It comfortably accommodates enough people for a satisfying workout without feeling overcrowded. Plus, the workout itself is top-notch! Goodness. I love it! Highly recommended. Definitely, worth your money! The quality of the workout and ample space make it a solid investment in your fitness journey!

6 years agoHad alot of fun here. The fitness instructor was very high energy and motivational. I am a pretty active person and I was pouring sweat. Workout was definitely hard but if you're the type that likes to push themselves it is really rewarding. This type of workout is great for building endurance and if you do it 2-3 times a week you'll be the fittest you've ever been in your life but in terms of building muscle, it's probably not the greatest routine. Great cardio though.

a year agoIt’s been a wonderful experience so far. Ross, Emma, Connor, Shaye and the whole staff are great. Coaches are great too. Friendly, welcoming and supportive culture and environment. They have a great mobile application where you can see your stats and book your workouts. They have a wide selection of times to choose from. You need to buy a heart rate monitor which is actually extremely valuable and really worth it. They have $1 water bottles. OT has some rules you need to know about. No entry if late more than 5 minutes. If you forget your heart rate monitor there is a fee for renting one. 30 day notice for cancellation. You pay a small fee when you pause your membership unless for a medical reason. Overall, very happy with OT, and highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.
