2 weeks agoMindful Strength Training to Failure at New Element Training is something I almost dread doing every week however I have continued going for the last three and a half years. Why? Because the NET system works. Once my half hour session is over I know I have accomplished something my mind and body have never experienced in all my sixty-four years. NET, Andre and his very professional trainers’ one on one sessions greatly improved my core strength, posture, mental health and overall strength in general. Daily activities were getting harder but are now being done with much less effort. I am so happy I read Deep Fitness. It changed my life. Thank You New Element Training.

The results I was able to achieve in the first 3 months surpassed the results that I would typically achieve at the gym within a year. The team of personal trainers are not only professional, but they are extremely focused. Knowledgeable and incredible experts in the program. 2 months agoI've been training at NET weekly since late 2019, and it's by far the longest I've ever stuck to a workout program. I have enjoyed working with a number of different trainers over the years, and am always impressed by Andrei's dedication and enthusiasm for his business — you can tell it's a way of life for him! I would recommend NET to anyone who is interested in a strength training program that is both comprehensive and easy to fit into a busy schedule.

2 months agoI am 68 years old and I recommend NET for any senior who wants to feel stronger. I ‘ve never had the self discipline to work out properly on my own. I’ve tried personal trainers but one hour is too long. Time wasted resting between sets or doing cardio. The genius of New Element 1/2 hour session is every minute for every muscle group is maximized. Combining my weekly training with the Metabolism Reset program resulted in a 35 pound weight loss in 18 weeks.

2 months agoI have been going to NET for almost 2 years now and I have noticed great and positive changes in my body in just 1 session a week. I wouldn't have thought it was possible but my husband started before I did and I saw huge changes in him so I had to get on board! I also did the NET 6 week metabolic reset and found it very helpful in losing fat without losing muscle, changing my eating habits, and giving me back some energy! Highly recommend
