    Friendly reception/check-in, knowledgeable and kind instructors, great location (near Rosedale and Summerhill TTC stations) and walkable for those living in Yorkville/Rosedale, the studio layout is quite small, which is a positive (no way to get lost!), the room folks practice in is gorgeous year round due to the East (?) facing windows that have an unobstructed view of large deciduous trees and everything in the studio is kept immaculately clean. Everyone at the studio--no matter their role; patron, reception, teacher, caretaker--has great rapport and respect for one another on a personal, emotional and also spacial level. This is very much a safe space where every individual involved in the operation, patrons included, care for and invest in one another even if on a passive or subconscious level. No judgement, no pressure, just yoga! I've never been healthier since starting practicing with Blue Canoe (BC) this past January. I adore my yoga practice at BC. Thank you for all the hard work and dedication BC team, you're doing great!

    The reception wanted me to pay for the class that I had already paid for using ClassPass. The teacher, Michael, doesn’t differentiate between left and right sides and is inconsistent with the yoga flow - he doesn’t move with the students. Not worth 9 credits!

    I've been going to Moksha for 4 years now. The studio has a nice range of hot, reg temp, pilates and barre classes. I love how there's always a new class to try or a workshop to attend. The teachers are friendly, the staff is helpful and the community Moksha Uptown has created is fantastic.

    The restorative yoga class here on Tuesdays is the best. The instructor is fantastic. I tried the other classes (hot yoga) and thought they were a bit more intense and too packed for my liking. Just my personal preference though (I realized I liked slower paced classes with smaller class sizes which the restorative yoga classes do provide).
