TRESOKUNO
a month agoI came all the way from Colombia, and this place truly impressed me. It has a great vibe with Latin music and tropical rhythms that make you feel right at home. The food was incredible, and the location—right in the heart of downtown Toronto—is just perfect. The atmosphere and decor are beautiful and vibrant, creating a very cosmopolitan feel. The customer service was outstanding. Thank you! I’ll definitely be back next year.

a month agoThis rowdy public house serves some beautifully crafted food. I was there the other evening for dinner with friends and had a great time. While the restaurant was loud, that’s because it’s a pub and it was packed full by 6pm. And for good reason, all the food was fresh and delicious, and it looked like art on a plate. We started off with the Red Beet Hummus, an engaging dish both visually and tastefully. Just looking at it, it looked stunning. Tasting it, it was vibrant, and delicious. I followed that up with the #1 Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl. A large bowl filled with a mix of fresh ingredients, and a spicy sauce that caught me off guard in a good way. Service was organized and on top of everything. They had our table ready quickly and responded to our requests even with so many people in the house. Would I come back? Definitely even if it got louder!

2 weeks agoPopped in for a quick lunch on the patio, and had an excellent meal. My server was great, I cant remember her name but she was friendly, and attentive! The restaurant was very clean, large, and had a cool upscale vibe. The burger was good, although definitely a lot of food! Would come back for sure

2 months agoFantastic Patio Spot on Adelaide Stopped by Local Public Eatery on Adelaide with a group of three friends, and it was a hit from start to finish. We grabbed a table on the patio — spacious, enclosed, and comfortable even for a larger group. The vibe was lively and vibrant, yet we could still carry on a conversation easily, which made it perfect for catching up. Service was top-notch — friendly, attentive, and well-paced throughout. I had the pork tacos paired with a couple of Coronas, and they were excellent — great flavor, perfectly cooked. Highly recommend for both small groups and larger meet-ups. Relaxed atmosphere, great food, and excellent service all around. Would definitely go back. 🌮🍺

a month agoHad a great experience at Local Public Eatery. The food was excellent and the service was even better. Our server, Lauren, was incredibly friendly and attentive—she made us feel well taken care of the entire time. I asked her (multiple times!) to switch out my Diet Coke because it kept coming out flat, and not only did she respond with patience and a smile every time, she went the extra mile and brought me a bottled one in the end. Super thoughtful, even though it wasn’t her fault to begin with. The veggie burger surprised me in the best way. I usually dislike Impossible meat, but theirs was delicious—filling, flavourful, and genuinely vegetarian-friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back, especially since it’s so close to the office. Also, shoutout to the crispy potatoes… unreal. Only downside? The music was way too loud. It made it hard to have a conversation without yelling. That said, still 100% worth it and I’ll be back soon.
