    Starting our fitness journey at Housefit has been an incredible experience for me and my husband! We work in very busy jobs and really needed people to whip us into shape and make sure we’re motivated to eat healthier / workout. My husband has lost over 20 lbs in only ~2-3 months and I no longer get neck or shoulder pains. Despite being an 8 month program, we definitely plan to continue our time here. Thank you to Alex and our trainer Wensley for all the support! :)

    Alex and Wensley have been phenomenal since my wife and I started our personal training with them. In the span of 2 months we’ve seen major changes and i have lost over 25 lbs.     This program has been life changing. It positively impacted my relationship with food, fitness, and my body over the course of 6 months. I started with the fat loss phase and lost 23lb, and will start muscle this week. I have PCOS so it has always made fat loss a challenge but Alex was incredibly supportive and provided a custom weight loss and muscle program for my needs. Unlike other trainers I’ve hired in the past, Alex provides a comprehensive program that goes beyond physical training by providing a custom meal plan that takes the guess work out of the nutrition planning. He tells me exactly what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat. Alex also takes the time to educate his clients on the science of food and fitness. He is there every step of the way, answering my questions via messages and verifying my grocery purchases. I am in the best shape I’ve ever been, and look forward to continuing into the muscle phase and cut phase with him. This is one of the best financial and time investments I’ve made in myself and could not recommend Alex more. This program’s benefits and impacts are worth more than the price it costs. I did this program with my partner and would also recommend doing it with your partner, it makes it easier.

    a non intimidating friendly and very informative way of learning fitness and weight training. Very customizable to each person along with nutritional guidance to ensure success. Careful trainers (Shout out to Wensley!) and Alex Chan go that extra mile to reduce the chance of injury and in fact helped strengthen my bum Shoulder.
