This gym is a hidden gem. It has all the necessary equipment, weights and accessories, large space and offers popular group classes all day. Additionally it has steam sauna! - Only goodlife gym in the area to have that. I also noticed washroom and shower area are finished well and are well maintained.

The best location in the city. I've been to several GLs, and this one is, without a doubt, the cleanest and most organized. The service is excellent. Juan's kindness at the front desk encourages you to start your workout routine with energy.

5 stars for the trainer I had while i was here, Ayite Atiwoto. I trained with him for a couple of months, coming in I didn't really know what I was doing but I had a goal I wanted to achieve and he made me a custom plan with my exact specifications. I was hesitant to get started with cardio/HIIT because I'd basically never done it before but he made sure I was progressing in a way that wasn't too hard but still made sure I was pushing my limits constantly, and set me up in a way that i could continue with what i learned even today. He knows exactly what he's doing, I fully saw results at the end of my time, and he's one of the nicest dudes I've met and I consider him a friend. If you're nervous about getting started or have specific goals you want to achieve, or even if your advanced and you want to hit a PR or get past a plateau, I can't reccomend working with him enough. He brings insight from his own training and presents it in a way that works for you.

I like this Gym because finding it is difficult. Meaning that less people less mess. Sauna is also good. You can use a lot of equipment because they are not occupied.

This GoodLife location is worse than the other ones I have been to. It is hard to find and the machines are not well maintained. The T bar row machine is rusting hard. I went on a trial there and I couldn't find the most common machines. When I found them, I had to queue. Meanwhile, there are a lot of strange machines that nobody uses. One of the floors (free weights) has a low ceiling. The membership is overpriced at 70 per month. Staff was helpful and kind, hence the 2 stars instead of one.
