2 weeks agoKiana is my personal trainer, and I've never been happier with anyone. She's very understanding, professional, and supportive. During the workout, she's a strict trainer. I recommend her to anyone who cares about their sports and health. She customizes the exercises to suit the trainee and takes care of everything. Thank you Kiana Keep it up🔥🫶🏼

2 weeks agoI have been a Good Life (Yonge and St. Clair) for over a month and have been (personal) training with Kiana since the start. I find Kiana to be an extremely skilled, encouraging and kind trainer. The sessions are challenging but fun and I am thrilled Kiana is with me on my health and fitness journey. The staff in general at the gym are also friendly and. welcoming. I am happy I joined and am training here.

a month agoThanks to Tony for his kind and accommodating attitude today- his help was truly appreciated. The gym is in a great location. It can be busy but having access pretty much directly out of the subway makes it worthwhile to go here.

4 months agoWhat’s wrong with the ongoing construction? It’s been several months now and the gym is still without mirrors! Just fix the goddam thing..people been looking at the walls while lifting weights, this must be the strangest experience for everyone. And i am sure the only people coming to this location who don’t have any other options.

6 months agoThis gym has a serious problem with unprofessionalism, from trainers who take advantage of clients financially to others who cancel last minute or engage in inappropriate behavior. And there is no real accountability from management. Despite raising concerns, the gym’s response felt more like an attempt to make complaints go away rather than actually addressing the issues. One of the biggest red flags is that a trainer who financially took advantage of client, a fact that was proven with evidence, was not only allowed to continue working there but was actually promoted to assistant manager. This is despite this individual having the least amount of working experience compared to others on the team. It is a blatant disregard for ethical standards and client trust showing that this gym prioritizes money over integrity. The gym itself is also poorly maintained. Ever since construction started, there haven’t been many mirrors to check form, equipment is constantly moved around, and space is extremely limited. The gym feels dark due to no natural light and there is not enough functional space to get a good workout in. It no longer feels like a functional or worthwhile gym. If you’re looking for quality training and a better gym environment, I’d recommend going to another location which is not too far away and way better. The only positive thing here is the friendly woman at the front desk, but beyond that, it’s not worth the stress or the money. And if you are considering signing up for personal training here, be very careful and check your account because these trainers (Ava especially) will overcharge your account or tell lies that you cancelled sessions just to claim more money or they will act inappropriate & have really poor boundaries. I would strongly advise you to be cautious or look elsewhere.
