    Fuel has been a staple in my life since it opened. The trainers and programming make a huge difference and makes it so much easier to just show up and enjoy your workout. They push you to be the best version of yourself and the workouts are never the same - your body will never get bored and neither will you! It's not just about the workouts either. The people I have met at this gym have become lifelong friends. Everyone is so fun and nice and you will work harder while also having fun. It is a great place to meet new people and achieve your fitness goals all at the same time. I would not be where I am today without Fuel and could not recommend this place more! Do yourself a favour and try their classes - you will be hooked.

    Highly, HIGHLY recommend Fuel to anyone, at any part of their fitness journey. I joined after a surgery to regain strength and couldn’t be happier with the support and guidance of the instructors. The workouts are challenging and you are pushed to grow but there are always modifications available. The community is incredibly supportive and the sessions feel more like a personal training session rather than a group fitness class. While I was getting back into my fitness journey when I joined, other members of the community are incredibly athletic (showing that the workouts can be modified to be challenging for people who are already quite athletic). I’ve been able to build my strength back up and have made some great friends. The instructors are all AMAZING and such good people too (e.g., Jaime has shown me new exercises for my injury after class to help my mobility). I’m so glad I joined and I can’t wait to get back when gyms open - would recommend Fuel to anyone and everyone!

    Flat out the best exercise experience I've had in 25 years of working out. I joined Fuel after years of stagnation and declining mobility and after 2 years at Fuel I am fitter, stronger, more flexible, more mobile, and more confident doing movements I thought I would never do again. The trainers are phenomenal, knowledgeable and have very high standards for movement and effort while being supportive along the way. They legitimately care if I turn up, how I'm progressing, and how I'm feeling inside and outside of the gym. And the community is awesome - inclusive, fun and encouraging.

Whether you have never set foot in a gym, are a former elite athlete, or anything in between, this gym will provide you with the tools to #bebetter and to reach your fitness goals. The trainers are knowledgeable and skilled - they will make sure that you are getting the most out of your workout and they will modify and/or accommodate you if needed. The programming is top tier, so you never have to worry about what to do once you walk-in and whether you’re properly progressing. And the best part? The members. Not only will you become fitter training at Fuel, it’s a guarantee you’ll make some friends and will have a lot of laughs along the way.

    I started out at Fuel with very little fitness training knowledge. I learned so much so quickly, and after a few months got the fittest I’ve ever been, despite being less than a year postpartum. I was nervous to ease back into training after so much time off in the pandemic, but the trainers were so supportive, the environment was so welcoming, and the workouts felt amazing. Don’t hesitate!! Fuel is the best.
