a month agoLet’s be honest, this gym is good for what it is and the money you pay. Most people don’t clean the equipment and they don’t put the weights back. It’s a small gym and you notice more during peak hours. The staff can only do so much. People need to clean up after they use the machines. The biggest problem is the people who go to this gym, other than that the gym is fine.

a month agoIt’s a nice gym. It is clean and has most of what you need to get a full work out.

3 months agoThe gym is very small compared to other locations. There are only 3 change rooms and most of the time there's a queue. The lockers are very small, and are often all taken. People resort to putting their gym bags on top of the lockers as a result. Men's washroom has only 1 stall, and the hand dryers don't work half the time. This location has become very popular in the past year and remains crowded even at 10pm on weekdays. However, the staff are great, there is a lot of parking space, and 24hr mall security downstairs.

2 weeks agoHi: I am sorry I renewed my membership for this gym. It is full with members most of the time. It is hard to find a machine to use. I am wondering why they accepted so many members if machines are usually occupied. To put the icing on the cake I got a parking ticket on May 21, 2025 at 1:00 am after being in the gym for about 2 hours and the attendant has not tried to get the ticket reverse. I have to be contacting the parking security by myself. I have also spoken to the attendants including the manager and they say that free parking is not part of the membership agreement. The sign in the parking lot says that there are 3 hours of free parking for retail customers and other customers need to pay. Fit4Less should address the parking situation with the members because it seems as if members park at the risk of getting a ticket. I have been taking the bus since I received the ticket and I leave my car at home but this process is time consuming. Update: After I disputed the ticket with the company that issued it, today July 14, 2025 they sent me the following notice: Please be advised that upon review of your parking invoice #2KXHV7S, it has been found to be issued correctly. You failed to register your license plate for parking. This decision is final - Failure to pay within 7 days will incur additional charges and may result in the invoice being sent to collections agency. This is what Fit 4 Less has put me through. I am not going to pay it and if this affect my credit rating I am going to file a lawsuit against Fit 4 Less because of is their responsibility to inform me explicitly that parking is not part of the agreement. I guess they decide not to do that because it is all about the bottom line, a policy of deception. I am going to send the ticket to Fit4 Less and I am going to report them to the media and the appropriate government ministry.

a month agoFit4Less charged me $25 in NSF fees because their system failed to withdraw money from my account. In my case, the delay was only 4 days, and I paid the full amount as soon as I saw the issue. Still, they refused to refund the charge. While the contract mentions this in small print, I’m disappointed that a company like this wouldn’t make exceptions when the delay is short and clearly unintentional. What if the email had gone to my spam folder and I never found out? In the end, instead of saving money by choosing a budget gym, I’m paying more for issues that were not even my fault. The worst is that I'm paying the black card just because a better service or experience 🤢
