ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND AFTER A MONTH!!!!! I signed up for Fit4Less but cancelled my membership well within the 10-day period that guarantees a refund. I even received an official email from them confirming my cancellation and stating I would receive my money back. Fast forward almost a month later — still no refund. Every single time I contact them, I get the same canned response: “We’ve already refunded you.” Well, no — you haven’t. My account shows nothing, and I’ve now had to open a dispute with my bank just to get MY OWN money back. Their customer service is beyond abysmal. There’s no accountability, no follow-through, and clearly no urgency to resolve issues. For a company that prides itself on “affordable fitness,” it’s ridiculous that they can’t process a simple refund in a timely manner. If this is how Fit4Less treats new customers, I can’t imagine how poorly they treat long-term members. Save yourself the headache — there are plenty of gyms out there that won’t make you chase them for weeks just to get what you’re owed. I’m giving this a 1-star rating only because 0 isn’t possible, and I hope this serves as a warning to future customers.

It’s a nice gym. It is clean and has most of what you need to get a full work out.

Let’s be honest, this gym is good for what it is and the money you pay. Most people don’t clean the equipment and they don’t put the weights back. It’s a small gym and you notice more during peak hours. The staff can only do so much. People need to clean up after they use the machines. The biggest problem is the people who go to this gym, other than that the gym is fine.

The gym is very small compared to other locations. There are only 3 change rooms and most of the time there's a queue. The lockers are very small, and are often all taken. People resort to putting their gym bags on top of the lockers as a result. Men's washroom has only 1 stall, and the hand dryers don't work half the time. This location has become very popular in the past year and remains crowded even at 10pm on weekdays. However, the staff are great, there is a lot of parking space, and 24hr mall security downstairs.

A lot of machines, very clean, not many OOS. Everyones respectful. no ones throwing weights around, blasting music, or overly loud. Downsides: Very hot, idk if theres an AC problem or what but they do not keep it very cool. Haven’t seen many staff though this could be because of the time I go.
