3 months agoI had a great experience here. Yasmine, the owner, was so helpful and supportive in getting me started and went out of her way, I really appreciate it. You can tell the trainers are passionate about what they do and throughout the class they’re full of encouragement and motivation, which makes a huge difference for anyone new to a gym! If you’re looking for a safe and inviting gym atmosphere that really motivates you to push your body I’d highly recommend this location!

3 months agoI have been a memebr at F45 Humber Bay for over a year. I only have great things to say about them..from the environment that is very warm and welcoming and judgment free, to the staff and management who are encouraging and support you with every step of the way. They really care about you as a person. The customer service is on point and response times are good. My body composition has changed, I stayed in line with my goals and feel stronger and move better in my own body, thanks to Humber Bay team and F45 community. I see there are fake reviews trying to bring their rating down, we as a community do not recognize these people making 1 star reviews.

3 months agoI spent five excruciating months at F45 Humberbay, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. During my time there, I witnessed a significant number of members leaving, and I completely understand their reasons. This gym is certainly not where you’d want to commit to a workout regime. The coaching staff is mediocre at best, which sadly, is the highlight of this facility. The management team is utterly indifferent to member concerns; attempting to engage with them is futile, akin to speaking to a brick wall. Moreover, be vigilant about your bills. They attempted to overcharge me under the guise of administrative fees, which is not standard practice at other F45 locations. It feels downright deceitful. The process to cancel my membership and stop the charges was horrendous. I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card provider after getting nowhere with the gym’s management. Even staff at other branches are aware of the problems here. I strongly advise against joining this gym—there are far better options out there that won’t leave you frustrated and out of pocket. Steer clear of this disaster.
