4 weeks agoI had a good experience at cloud care clinic. The staff-especially MJ is very accomodating and professional, and doctor nader took his time to listen to my concerns. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and followed strict hygiene protocols. Booking an appointment was easy, big thanks to MJ! Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality healthcare!

a month agoAwesome service- fastest wait time ever, staff was incredibly nice. We were taken care of by Sathya, big shoutout to her for making us feel calm and welcome! Yash was so awesome and friendly when we came to pick up our prescription. He made the process smooth and let us know that we could e transfer as our health card and wallets were not with us. Overall the best clinic in Toronto!

3 months agoI always come to this walk-in Cloud Care clinics, and I’m really satisfied! Especially the pharmacy here is amazing. If you have any questions, Manmeet is always there to help you. She’s so kind and supportive. I truly enjoy their services and highly recommend them!

a week agoI have been coming to this clinic for over a decade. I am so grateful to their team for all their excellent work. It is such a busy area! I will continue to come here as they are the best in the city. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses, especially Dr. Hussain and Sathya for being so attentive.

2 weeks agoWhy force patients to sign consent for doctors to use AI tool? Please don’t be greedy to sell data. I was denied to see doctor because I don’t want AI assisted doctor to refill my medication. Use of AI should be optional and patient should have right to delete their data. We need more competent and confident doctors who can treat flu without needing AI assist.
