It was my first time trying this Thai restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the atmosphere felt classy and refined. The staff were attentive and friendly — especially when they found out I had a shrimp allergy. They took the time to double-check every dish and made sure everything was safe for me. The manager was also incredibly sweet and thoughtful, which made the experience even better. Unfortunately, we came during a time when construction was happening upstairs, so it was a bit noisy and hard to have a proper conversation. But the amazing food and warm service more than made up for it. Definitely a place I’d love to return to.

One of my favourite restaurants in the city. It’s always my go to whether for dine in or take out because the quality of the food never misses! I particularly love their pineapple fried rice but everything from their curries, tom yum soup, pad thai, pad see ew is honestly a hit. Every time I have visited, their service is great. The liberty location is spacious and their decor adds to the Thai dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this spot as it will not disappoint!

I ordered a shrimp bowl, and it was incredibly tasty—fresh ingredients, a perfect combination of flavors, and the sauces added a special touch. But I had a little mishap—I accidentally poured the entire spicy sauce into my dish, making it too spicy for me to eat. When I asked if they could somehow reduce the spiciness, the staff immediately offered to replace my dish without any hesitation. Such great service is truly rare! I also want to highlight the drinks—my cocktail, served in a pineapple-shaped glass, looked stunning and tasted amazing. I highly recommend this place! Great food, friendly staff, and outstanding customer care—I will definitely be coming back! 💛

We recently visited this place based on a recommendation from a friend, and it truly exceeded our expectations! The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the interior is stylish and cozy, making it stand out from many other spots in Toronto. The only minor downside was the seating – the sofas and chairs weren’t the most comfortable to lean back on, but next time, we’d happily choose a high-top table. The service was excellent – attentive yet unobtrusive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Even the complimentary water was of good quality, without the unpleasant chlorine or tap water taste that many other places often have. The mocktail was delicious – refreshing, well-balanced, and not overly sweet. And the food? Absolutely amazing! The quality of ingredients and the presentation were top-notch, delivering a truly unforgettable gastronomic experience. We’ve already received recommendations from our server for our next visit, and without a doubt, we’ll be coming back for more!

Chiang Mai Liberty I had the pleasure of dining at Chiang Mai Liberty, and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional in many ways. The flavors were absolutely mind-blowing, starting with the Pineapple Fried Rice with Lobster, which was perfectly balanced with a touch of sweetness and savory depth. Equally impressive was their Signature Famous Pad Thai, which lived up to the hype – a harmonious blend of textures and flavors that was absolutely delicious. For dessert, I indulged in two incredible treats: Mango Sticky Rice, which was a delightful combination of sweet, creamy, and refreshing, and the Dulce De Leche Cheesecake, which was rich and decadent, offering the perfect end to an amazing meal. I also tried the Chiang Mai Spirit cocktail, and I must say, the presentation was mind-blowing. Not only was the drink delicious, but the creative garnish and thoughtful decoration made it a memorable experience. While the service was generally good, with our server being friendly and attentive despite the rush, it was clear that there was some strain during peak hours. Despite this, the staff did their best to ensure we were taken care of. Unfortunately, my experience was somewhat marred by the manager, who exhibited behavior that I found unprofessional and rude. This interaction could definitely have been handled more politely, as customer service should be consistent and welcoming from every member of the team. All in all, the food at Chiang Mai Liberty is outstanding, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for incredible Thai cuisine. However, the attitude of the management could use improvement to truly match the restaurant’s quality.
