Carolynn Younghusband RMT

I recently moved and was in search of a reliable RMT. From the very beginning, Carolynn made me feel comfortable. I’ve had three sessions with her so far, and I will definitely continue seeing her. She is very intuitive, highly attentive, and sensitive to what my body needs. Beyond her excellent massage skills, she provides valuable suggestions for managing stress and offers exercises and techniques to alleviate tension between sessions. Carolynn is truly the best!!

Although I had previously had treatment with Carolynn pre-pandemic, I haven't seen her in a few years! I've been dealing with some chronic pain and decided I needed to get in for a massage after a particularly bad flair up. Carolynn recognized my stress and energy levels right away and really spent time getting to know what I have been dealing with lately. I could barely walk without leg/back pain and after my massage session it was the best I've felt in a while! Carolynn offered stretching tips and techniques to help and I'm incorporating them into my daily routine.
