a month agoThis place is fantastic! The staff are friendly and the cooks are skilled. Everything we order always tastes great. Of course the pizza is great, but so is everything else. My wife and daughter say the grilled calamari here is the best they've ever had. We have been to many cities throughout Italy, including Napoli (twice). This restaurant brings back good memories of the food in Italy. The seating availability is limited, so making reservations is recommended, especially on weekends, regardless of the time. They are busy all day.

2 weeks agoThis is a fun, little spot. The food is simple and good. We had their grilled calamari and loved it. Pizza was nice, very thin crust and tasty. Pasta was delicious too.

2 months agoWe had a fantastic experience at Cafe Oro di Napoli! We ordered the Calamari Fritti, Pizza Oro, and Rigatoni ai Funghi, and everything was amazing. I forgot to take photo of the calamri fritti, but it was perfectly crispy, had a nice light batter, and was served with lemon wedges and some arugula. The Pizza Oro had a great balance of flavors with a crispy yet chewy crust. The Rigatoni ai Funghi was rich, creamy, and packed with chicken and mushroom. They also have great gelato and always have daily specials. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. Definitely a spot we’d return to! Highly recommend.

2 months agoDecent! I got the mushroom rigatoni - the cream sauce was pretty flavourful and chicken was tender, although I didn’t get as much truffle flavor. We got the tiramisu for dessert which was decent as well. The place itself was pretty cute and the service was great!

3 months agoPizza is incredibly good. We have tried Margherita and no doubt it was one of the best pizza I have ever eaten in Toronto. All kinds of pizza in this cafe made in stone oven which makes them so special and tasty. They do customize food items for you and we thank for that, server helped us a lot and she was very kind. Pasta was also very delicious and well portioned. At the end, we tried their gelato and my favourite flavour was chocolate that includes caramel and cappuccino combination. We will be back soon.
