    Will is a phenomenal trainer! I've been working with him for the past 6 months with the online training program. Will has helped me build better eating habits through the use of meal tracking and a personalized food guide. Each month I receive a new workout plan to help me achieve my goals.     Some life changes prompted me to want to work out with a trainer to build physical strength as I navigated a challenging phase. I found Will and am soooo grateful I did. He completely changed my relationship to fitness and the gym. He’s thoughtful, intentional and best of all very calm and supportive. He’ll drive you to keep pushing but is always steadfast in his support. In addition to solo training, my husband and I did a weekly joint session with him; which was a lot of fun! Working out at the gym is something we do regularly together now and we owe that to Will and his program. After taking a few months off, Will tailored my program to meet me where I was at and build me back up. After a couple of weeks, I felt like my strong self again. If you’re considering training but are turned off or nervous by conventional gyms and training programs, please reach out to Will! He does it so differently and so well. You’ll look forward to going to the gym all week. And don’t sleep on his FST sessions, they’re an amazing asset to working out.

    Will Haywood is a top level coach who is very knowledgeable, professional and an excellent communicator. He is a well-adapted trainer with a mastery of multiple disciplines from the basic principles of body compositional nutrition, fascial mobility, and all the way to the technical complexities of Olympic weightlifting. As an advanced lifter myself, Coach Will has helped me progress with my mobility which allowed me to excel in my strength gains. He also taught me how to perform the highly technical clean/jerk and snatch lifts. Whether you’re a beginner looking to gain some muscle/lose stubborn body fat, or become a competitive body builder, strength/weightlifting athlete - Coach Will can help you smash your goals.

    My partner and I trained with Will for nearly a year. He's hands down one of the most the most knowledgeable and caring professionals I've worked with. Our training program was tailored to us. He took the time to get to know us and our goals. My partner, who was a few weeks pregnant when we started training, wanted to ensure her body is healthy for a smooth delivery. I wanted to work on my cardio and put on some muscle mass. Thanks to the program Will put together, both of us feel the most balanced we've been in years, mentally and physically. Will’s dedication went beyond our sessions. He provided us with nutrition advice, lifestyle tips, and constant encouragement.
