2 weeks agoWhen I was broken and lost in my addiction I knew I couldn’t get sober on my own, after many attempts I always failed. That’s when I reached out to Bellwood to help me fight this addiction head on. The program at Bellwood gave me a stern understanding of not just the addiction but the mental health healing that needed to be done in order to maintain a proper recovery. The skills taught such as CBT & DBT are an integral part of my recovery to this day. The staff at Bellwood were very passionate about their role in my recovery and made my stay the most enjoyable. The approach to recovery at Bellwood is top notch and if fully ready to surrender to your addiction will set you off on a strong right path upon leaving after your treatment ends. The continued aftercare program is integral in my sobriety journey. I enjoy going back each week to share in my recovery with peers and get the support when needed. I also attend 12 step programs weekly at the facility and enjoy going back to my recovery roots and being part of the alumni community at Bellwood. Would highly recommend that if your ready to take the step in recovery Bellwood is the place to go.

2 weeks agoEHN Bellwood Toronto really helped me manage my trauma and get me to a place where I am able to regulate my emotions. Bellwood has a great leadership team who cares about each and every single client and you feel supported each step of the way. It's not an easy journey but life is a journey worth fighting for. I am really grateful for how Bellwood helped me. I met many people with 10+ years of sobriety because of Bellwood while I was there.

2 weeks agoWent for the eating disorder treatment program. Great program. My counsellor Keisha was amazing and helped me get through my problems that were tough to crack. While I was there I also got to adress my addiction issues. Thank you Bellwood for letting me take my life back!

Peter , my brother is an example for everyone that needs to know that together with the doctors , nurses and everyone involved, including his willingness to do the work involved, you can get your life back. Peter is continuing to go to AA meetings there .Thank you Bellwood for all the work you do .

2 weeks agoI was a client at Bellwoods in 2013, for a period of 80 days. It was a tremendously positive experience. I have maintained complete sobriety since then. This has led to vast changes and improvements in my life. I also continued on to volunteer thier in a few capacities. I have also participated in alumni activities over the years. I have also spoken a few times for the organization, to the clients, about my experience. I have found Bellwoods to be a positive environment, and I would recommend it to anyone.
