a month agoBarry’s workouts are unreal. You get what you pay for and it’s HIGH intensity in the red room. Don’t be afraid / intimidated however, go at your own pace and ask the trainers for alts if needed. They’re all amazing!

2 months agoJela is so engaging for our abs and glutes class! I like how she is specific about what pushing yourself means. She wants you to challenge yourself and even acknowledges that the participant can engage with the treadmill goals in varying intensity levels, all of which are still valid. The instructions she gave us for the floor portions of the class were descriptive and helped me make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. I felt very supported during my first class and managed to make it to the end with no injuries; my mind and body feel good. The music is just straight bangers back to back which is great for focus. I am glad I attended and I will be back!!
