in the last weekI’ve been training at Auxiliary for several months now, and it’s one of the most welcoming and supportive gym’s I’ve experienced. The community is friendly, encouraging, and down-to-earth. I’ve made immense progress here not only in terms of skill, but in confidence which has been a direct reflection quality of this gym. The coaches are knowledgeable, caring, and always pushing me to grow in a sustainable way. Extremely grateful to be part of this gym #stronglikeaux

in the last weekStarted crossfit this year and love every minute of it. The coaches are extremely thorough with explaining the workouts, and the equipment is top-notch. Danny is my go-to coach since he is the kindest coach I've had there and will always try to make you laugh, which is why i always try for his classes. I highly recommend going here

in the last weekCame this morning with my wife to drop in as we’re visiting from Australia. Had the absolute worst experience, we came 5 mins early, the coach (Danny) saw us come in and chose not to speak to us, and then it took a whole 18 minutes into class to actually say something, and even then he didn’t even speak to my wife. I didn’t see him give anyone any actual coaching feedback throughout the class and overall felt very unwelcome. There was another new member in class for only their second time whom he also only spoke to after about 15 minutes into class, so clearly it’s a pattern that he doesn’t respect new people. I’ve been to CrossFit gyms around the world, including those where I don’t speak the language and the staff there took more effort to try and engage with us. Regret having gone to this gym and have requested a refund for my 3 pack. If you’re a new member wanting to start CrossFit, or if you’re from out of town, I recommend you go elsewhere, this gym should be ashamed.
