The facility is immaculately clean and impeccably maintained, which sets a high standard from the moment you walk in. The equipment is state-of-the-art, ensuring that every workout is efficient and safe. The staff deserves special mention—they are not only highly educated, with many holding advanced degrees, but they are also confident and experienced professionals. Their expertise in fitness and health helped me feel supported and guided through my training. But what truly sets them apart is their warmth and welcoming attitude, embodying the best of Canadian hospitality. Their kindness made each visit enjoyable. I enrolled in a three-month program to prepare for a 14er climb in Colorado, and the results were more than satisfactory. 3 weeks agoAmazing equipment, facilities, and staff! I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in high-altitude training or looking to push themselves toward any aerobic goal. I personally trained here for 8 months in preparation for an Ironman race, working with their outstanding trainer, Yaath. I’m not sure I could have completed it without his expertise, guidance, and support.

The staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, the facility is always spotless and very welcoming, and their hypoxic environment has been a serious game changer for my marathon training and overall fitness. I’ve never enjoyed working out this much anywhere else. Highly recommend!!!!!
