    Altitude Gym in downtown Toronto exceeded my expectations in every way. The facility is immaculately clean and impeccably maintained, which sets a high standard from the moment you walk in. The equipment is state-of-the-art, ensuring that every workout is efficient and safe. The staff deserves special mention—they are not only highly educated, with many holding advanced degrees, but they are also confident and experienced professionals. Their expertise in fitness and health helped me feel supported and guided through my training. But what truly sets them apart is their warmth and welcoming attitude, embodying the best of Canadian hospitality. Their kindness made each visit enjoyable. I enrolled in a three-month program to prepare for a 14er climb in Colorado, and the results were more than satisfactory. The personalized training regimen perfectly matched my needs and helped me build the strength and endurance required for the challenge. I felt fully prepared for my climb, both physically and mentally, thanks to the excellent coaching and facilities at Altitude Gym.     Preparing for my Himalaya trek with Altitude Athletic Training was a wonderful experience. The entire staff were knowledgeable and helpful, and guided me to a level of fitness that prepared me for both the physical demands of an 18 day trek (one day actually registered as 271 flights climbed, and that was on uneven terrain), and also acclimatized me for the high altitudes I would encounter. Two of the many highlights on my trek were crossing the Thorong La, the pass over the Annapurna range at 6000 metres, and seeing the sunrise on Annapurna 1 from base camp. Were I to do another trek, I would opt for the 3 month training program again. This boutique fitness centre has wonderful equipment, personalized training programs that are adjusted to both further your level of fitness and also keep you interested and motivated. Clean, friendly, fun. I highly recommend it!

    I’ve been training at Altitude Athletic for well over a year and it’s the absolute best place to train, not only for general fitness, but in particular for those getting ready for endurance type sports like running, cycling, swimming, triathlons; or like me, high altitude mountaineering. The coaches are second to none. They are knowledgeable, patient and supportive. The owners are two of the kindest people you could ever meet and make you feel like part of their Altitude family. Using state of the art equipment the staff will develop a training program suited to you to help make you a better version of yourself. Beware of copycats; there is only one Altitide Athletic Training in Toronto! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    Spent 3 months training for the Inca Trail in Peru. The Altitude team did an amazing job preparing me for the trip. The gym facilities are very clean both in terms of their equipment and shower facilities. The owners Melanie and Gustavo have done an amazing job making Altitude a friendly place for members to achieve their goals. Kenya my trainer helped me through the process and was also able to find alternative workouts after I had an injury outside of the gym. He kept the workouts different which helped me remain engaged and made workouts fun. The front desk staff at altitude are always available to answer any questions and help where needed. Special shout out to Andreia and Liz on their positive attitude and always motivating members. Made being at the gym fun! Will definitely be back!
